During your stay with us at IBIZA YOGA GETAWAY  we will practice a sattvic diet, according to the traditional yoga practice. We will therefore use all those ingredients that help to maintain a balanced physical, mental and emotional state: fruit, vegetables, pulses, wholemeal cereals, fresh non-packages ingredients, nuts and seeds.

The food we serve at the retreat is largely vegan and most people are pleasantly surprised by how delicious and satisfying it can be.

It is also of low gluten content as we experiment with flour other than wheat.

Fruit and vegetables come from our organic vegetable garden when possible otherwise they are always fresh, local and seasonal.

When we use eggs and dairy products, they are from a local, trusted dairy farm.

We will not offer alcohol during the retreat but there will be lovely cleansing teas available throughout.

As you will have free time during the afternoon to explore the island, you will have a chance to sample some of the delicious local cuisine. We can recommend some delicious restaurants and markets options for you.
